Prof. Alâeddin Asna, now serving as the Dean of Marmara University Communications Faculty, founded A&B Public Relations in 1974 as the first PR agency of Turkey. When Sibel Asna undertook the administration of the company in 1995, the company started operating as “A&B Communications”.
